We're looking for a Home Comfort Advisor — someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning about products, and creating positive shopping experiences.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers into the showroom and help them find the perfect furniture, mattress, or appliance for their lifestyle.
- Learn our products and promotions so you can confidently recommend the best options.
- Process sales accurately and ensure every customer leaves happy.
- Keep our showroom looking great and ready to impress.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate deliveries as needed.
- Contribute to meeting store goals — and earn monthly incentives after your first 3 months
What You Bring
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Clear communication and great listening skills.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person.
