Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Duties:

  • Assist in recruiting, training development, and mentoring team members
  • Provide leadership and support to staff
  • Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement
  • Perform clerk duties as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Assist in payroll management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of mentoring practices

-Clean criminal record check
