We're looking for a
Process Consultant
to join a high-impact team focused on
business discovery, process optimization, and enterprise digital & AI enablement
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down complex problems, working with diverse stakeholders, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

across Personal & Business Banking, supporting short- and medium-term improvement projects that enhance both
client and employee experiences
.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Process Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the business—helping identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and drive measurable improvements across operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying operational pain points and improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes
• Conducting
  business discovery and gap analysis
  to understand current-state challenges
• Designing
  current-state and future-state process maps
  at both high and detailed levels
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaboration meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Analyzing data to generate insights, support decision-making, and perform
  cost/benefit analysis
• Developing
  clear, executive-ready presentation decks
  that communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps
• Supporting or leading short-term improvement initiatives (e.g., 60/90/120-day projects)
• Contributing to initiatives focused on
  process, policy, and procedure enhancements
• Working closely with stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and execution

Who You Are

You're someone who can quickly understand high-level concepts, ask the right questions, and turn ambiguity into clarity. You're comfortable working independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and presenting your ideas with confidence.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
  in process engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, or business consulting
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in
  Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience taking ideas
  from concept to polished presentation decks
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and manipulate data to support insights and recommendations
• Hands-on experience with
  Microsoft O365
  (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience across multiple groups
• Strong understanding of process improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Ability to quickly translate complex concepts into
  process maps and clear visuals
• Experience designing
  future-state processes
  based on solution brainstorming

Nice to Have

• Financial services or banking experience (e.g., call centres, back office, branch operations)
• Knowledge of people change management concepts
• Lean Six Sigma
  Green Belt or Black Belt
  certification

Work Details

• Contract Length:
  6 months (with potential extension based on performance)
• Work Model:
  Hybrid (in office Wednesdays and every third Friday of the month)
• Location:
  Downtown Toronto
• Hours:
  37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
