Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in the dietary supplement processing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires an individual who is committed to quality and teamwork, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Duties:

  • Operate encapsulation, blending, granulating and packaging machinery and food processing equipment and tools
  • Follow established procedures for operation and sanitation of equipment to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in machine setup and conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify issues and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and monitoring production quantities
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain and efficient workflow and meet production targets
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while operating forklifts and other equipment

Requirements

  • Previous experience using encapsulation, granulation, blending and packaging equipment in the dietary supplement or food industry is an asset
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in operating and troubleshooting equipment
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is advantageous; certification will be required
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required

We operate a 4-day condensed work week, working Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Wage is dependent upon experience.
