Assembly Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team in the action shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical aptitude, organization skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret assembly instructions to ensure correct assembly processes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to assemble parts and components according to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to identify defects or issues before final packaging.
- Putting together actions, action parts and inventory of parts
- Tracking varius coatings
- Aquablasting, tumbling, and lasering parts
Skills
- Experience with mechanical assembly processes.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics for precise assembly work.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
- Maintain clear communication with shop staff.
- Organized and self sufficient, able to work ina fast paced and ever changing environment without direction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position is integral to our manufacturing operations and requires a dedicated individual committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. Prior experience with assembly processes and technical skills will be highly valued in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
