We are Hiring Experienced Lead Cabinet Maker, Full-Time, JAN 2026

SEIF MILLWORKS specializes in manufacturing and installing high end custom cabinetry for a long-lasting functional and luxury experience in our clients spaces.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong woodworking skills including cabinetry construction, assembly, and installation, and would like to work in a fully equipped shop and work on unique projects. As a team we take on full projects; from the start of an idea to the finish installed product.

We are looking to hire an individual with

  • 4yrs cabinet making experience (miniumum)
  • able to read and understand shop drawings
  • ability to build products from drawings and subsequently install cabinets at client spaces
  • experience using machinery (hand tools, table saw, mitre saw, edge bander, CNC, etc.)
  • experience in leadership (to be a Shop Lead - ideal candidate)
  • open to working onsite across the GTA (valid drivers license required)
  • has schooling and/or training in cabinetry
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • is a motivated individual and takes pride in doing their work with excellence and attention to detail
  • is punctual, reliable, and has strong work ethic
  • looking for a long-term employment position
  • Ready to begin soon; late January - early February

Full-time hours: 40 per week, start time 8:00 AM

Pay: $27 - 30/hr pending on experience and performance.

Bonuses available at year end.
