The Role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated Server to join our dynamic front-of-house team. You are the primary point of contact for our guests, guiding them through their experience with us. Your role is crucial in creating unforgettable dining moments through your exceptional service, deep menu knowledge, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience Ambassador: Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service from greeting to farewell. Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Menu Expert: Possess an in-depth knowledge of our food and drink menus to make confident recommendations and answer any questions.
  • Order Management: Accurately take and input orders using our POS system, and collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Table Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and properly set section. Manage your table turnover efficiently without making guests feel rushed.
  • Transaction Handling: Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit cards responsibly, and ensure all billing is correct.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other servers, bartenders, and support staff to uphold our high standards of service and support a positive team environment.
  • Cleanliness & Standards: Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in your section and throughout the dining area.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 1+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant is preferred.
  • A Servers Heart: A positive, guest-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
  • Team Player Mentality: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to support your colleagues whenever needed.
  • Grace Under Pressure: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor during busy periods.
  • Smart Serve Certification is required.
