As a
Senior SRE (Windows/Linux)
, you will lead efforts to ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and services. You'll drive proactive monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis, while partnering with cross-functional teams to design systems that are fault-tolerant and self-healing.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our reliability culture, leading initiatives to improve availability, observability, automation, and deployment pipelines. Your experience will help establish best practices that scale with our growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize large-scale Windows Server ((2016/2019/2022), and/or *NIX (AIX, Linux - Rocky, SUSE, OpenSUSE) environments.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and/or PowerShell DSC.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks across systems and networks and implement long-term fixes.
  • Ensure systems are hardened, patched, and compliant with Enterprise OS governance standards. Manage OS-level security using Windows GPOs and/or SELinux)
  • Lead incident response efforts for production outages and performance degradations.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvements to reduce MTTR and improve resilience.

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, Azure, OCI or AWS). Experience supporting or executing on-premises to cloud transitions is considered an asset.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and/or Linux administration (RHEL, Rocky, SUSE or Ubuntu).
  • Expertise in Infrastructure-as-code, scripting and automation: Terraform, Ansible PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
  • Experience leading incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; mentorship mindset
