Position Overview
We are hiring a Client Support Assistant to help in daily operations and provide direct assistance to our clients in a professional, respectful, and reliable manner.
Key Responsibilities
A typical day in this role may include:
- Running company errands and handling operational tasks as needed
- Driving clients to and from appointments in a safe and professional manner
- Providing friendly customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
- Assisting with office setup, organization, light maintenance, and odd jobs
- Supporting office operations, including deliveries, pickups, and logistics
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability for scheduled tasks
- Tracking and managing company vehicle maintenance schedules
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in the Canadian Armed Forces (considered an asset)
- Fluency in French (considered an asset)
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no restrictions
- Strong interpersonal, conversational, and customer service skills
- A punctual, dependable, and well-organized work style
- Comfort with hands-on tasks and basic tools
- Ability to take direction while also working independently
- A professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability
- Physical ability to perform light lifting and manual tasks when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
