• Assister le travailleur social pour expliquer à la famille les raisons de l'intervention de la DPJ. • Aider le travailleur social à évaluer la situation actuelle à la maison ou au sein du rseau familial. • Soutenir le travailleur social dans les démarches de référencement vers les ressources communautaires et offrir un accompagnement tout au long du processus. • Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan d'intervention et en assurer le suivi. • Accomplir toute autre tâche ou soutien supplémentaire discuté avec le superviseur ou le gestionnaire. ****************** • Assist the social worker in explaining to the family the reasons for the DPJ's intervention. • Help the social worker assess the current situation at home or within the family network. • Support the social worker in referring the family to community resources and provide support throughout the process. • Contribute to the development of the intervention plan and ensure its follow -up. • Perform any other tasks or provide additional support as discussed with the supervisor or manager.
