​*** LOCAL HIRING ***  This position is reserved for Inuit/JBNQA beneficiary who resides in the community.  Translation in Inuktitut will be available shortly Personwho, without holding a completed collegial studies diploma in social work, willperform, within the limits of his/her experience and training, duties of asocial nature with the specific techniques for his/her profession. Some ofhis/her responsibility can be;· Assist the socialworker to explain to family the reasons of the DYP's involvement. · Assist the socialworker to review current situations at home or within their family network. · Assist the socialworker with referrals to community resources and provide support throughout. · Contributeto the creation of the intervention plan and follow up on it.· Any other additionaltask or support discuss with the supervisor or manager. *********** Personne qui, sans être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en travail social, exercera, dans les limites de son expérience et de sa formation, des fonctions de nature sociale avec les techniques spécifiques à sa profession. Certaines de ses responsabilités peuvent être les suivantes :Aider le travailleur social à expliquer à la famille les raisons de l'intervention du DYP.Aider le travailleur social à examiner la situation actuelle au sein du foyer ou du réseau familial.Aider le travailleur social à orienter les familles vers les ressources communautaires et leur apporter un soutien tout au long du processus.Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan d'intervention et en assurer le suivi.Toute autre tâche ou soutien supplémentaire doit être discuté avec le superviseur ou le responsable.
