Job Summary
The
Senior Business Analyst
will play a key role in a
multi-year investment platform transformation program
, modernizing technology, data, and workflows across investment, operations, and finance. The focus will be on implementing the
Aladdin platform
to streamline processes, increase scalability, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in front office functions, investment workflows, and transformation delivery within capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with front office SMEs to document business and functional requirements for the
    Aladdin platform implementation
  • Lead workshops to capture current vs. future-state processes and redesign workflows for efficiency
  • Deliver clear business requirement specifications to guide solution design, testing, and reporting
  • Collaborate with project management, change management, and training teams to drive successful adoption
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing timely updates to stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering (CFA or similar designation an asset)
  • 6+ years of business analysis experience, with strong knowledge of front office processes (order management, trade execution, lifecycle events) across equities, fixed income, ETDs, OTCs, and FX
  • 3+ years delivering investment technology transformation projects (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg, or similar)
