We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Architectural Technologist to join our team. This is an in-office position focused on measuring and preparing material takeoffs for new construction projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Architectural Technologist Diploma or related certification
  • Strong understanding of residential exterior construction
  • Experience using measuring and estimating software
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and vendors

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and review new home plans
  • Calculate material quantities and dimensions for new construction projects
  • Prepare and issue accurate work orders
  • Coordinate and order required materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $47,698.93 per year
