CCI Research is currently looking for interested applicants to work as interviewers on a number of survey research projects. This is not sales, collections or soliciting. This is survey research.

The hiring process for this role consists of 3 quizzes and a mock survey. Those being considered will receive additional information by email.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting surveys using a computer assisted survey program
  • Strict adherence to interviewer and project protocols
  • Accurate recording of responses

To be successful in this position you must:

  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in French (Written and spoken) would be an asset.
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be comfortable on the computer and with learning and navigating new software
  • Have excellent phone manner and a pleasant telephone personality
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week (4-hour, 5-hour and 8-hour shifts available)
  • Patience to work with respondents who may have difficulty understanding or communicating
  • Pass a criminal reference check (and in some cases a Federal Clearance process)
  • Have a quiet (free of ambient and background noise) and confidential (aware from others who could hear or see what you are working on) workspace

Schedule

  • This is a remote position involving Canada-wide calling. Various shifts are available; however, availability to work evenings, nights, and weekend shifts is required to meet higher demand during these periods.

Le processus de recrutement pour ce poste comprend trois tests en ligne et une simulation de sondage. Les candidats retenus recevront des renseignements supplémentaires par courriel.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Réaliser des sondages à l'aide d'un logiciel d'enquête assistée par ordinateur
  • Respecter rigoureusement les protocoles des intervieweurs et des projets
  • Enregistrer avec précision les réponses des participants

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez :

  • Maîtriser parfaitement l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • La maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) serait un atout
  • Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication
  • Être à l'aise avec l'informatique et capable d'apprendre à utiliser de nouveaux logiciels
  • Avoir une excellente présentation et une personnalité agréable au téléphone
  • Pouvoir travailler un minimum de 3 quarts de travail par semaine (quarts de 4, 5 ou 8 heures disponibles)
  • Faire preuve de patience avec les répondants qui pourraient avoir des difficultés à comprendre ou à communiquer
  • Réussir une vérification des antécédents judiciaires (et, dans certains cas, une vérification de sécurité fédérale)
  • Disposer d'un espace de travail calme (sans bruit ambiant ni bruit de fond) et confidentiel (à l'abri des regards et des oreilles indiscrètes)

Horaire

  • Il s'agit d'un poste en télétravail qui implique de passer des appels à travers tout le Canada. Plusieurs créneaux horaires sont disponibles, mais une disponibilité pour travailler les soirées, les nuits et les fins de semaine est requise pour faire face à la demande accrue durant ces périodes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.35 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
