The Opportunity
CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide administrative support in a team environment. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as well as tour books, maps, and floor plans.
- Perform real estate administrative tasks such as updating databases and files maintaining MLS listings and documents related to transactions.
- Coordinate schedules on behalf of sales professionals, and record action items during meetings.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails confidently to provide answers to general inquiries.
- Produce eye-catching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the CBRE brand.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
- Coordinate sales events such as open houses and other industry events.
- Carry-out special projects as requested.
What We Require
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education. (We do not require a background in Real Estate)
- Experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, would be considered an asset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $55,000-60,000 annually, depending on experience. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
