Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON. The Marketing and Social Media Manager will lead social media marketing campaigns, develop and execute content strategies, and manage social media optimization (SMO) efforts to enhance brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating compelling written content for diverse platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with company goals. The role requires innovation, strategic communication, and a commitment to driving digital growth.

The Mann group of companies includes other divisions related to retail product sales, using the shopify platform, construction and service companies, and other businesses. This role will include social media work at all of our various business divisions and is a full time, long term opportunity for a motivated candidate. The majority of the work is in non engineering businesses.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt strategies as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with video editing for YouTube videos, and shopify platform.
