PepsiCo Beverages: Sales Leadership Program
Location: Ottawa
Job Type: Field Based, travel required with kilometer reimbursement.

You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up through our robust Sales Leadership Program which includes a wide breadth of field selling and leadership experience. Through demonstrating proven results and leadership skills, you will be uniquely qualified for future people leadership opportunities within PepsiCo Canada.
Responsibilities
Your first experience in the Sales Leadership Program you will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Attending National Capability Sessions to learn about PepsiCo's business & people agenda.
- Developing relationships across our organization, receiving best in class coaching & engaging in meaningful career connects with Leadership.
- Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets to support Business growth
- Flexing both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays
The goal of the Sales Leadership Program is to build the next great leaders of PepsiCo Following your field sales position, it's all about getting you frontline leadership experience, where your next role will include managing a frontline team of PepsiCo Employees.
In our Sales Leadership Program, you will develop valuable leadership skills by:
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Influencing and collaborating with the field sales team, key accounts and customers to meet consumer demands within the Region.
- Understanding and implementing our go to market strategies including: Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution and Third Party Carriers.
- Working with customers to execute sales strategies, merchandise, build displays, manage inventory, and implement promotional events.
- Leveraging your analytical skills to conduct business reviews with key decision makers.
- Leading a team of people depending on the location and division you are working in.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree completed by August 2026
- Strong leadership, passion and a desire to make an impact
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
- Competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean record
