Position: Carpet Cleaning Supervisor

ON BEHALF OF BCS BCS CLEANING INC. , Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpet Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of carpet cleaning technicians and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures

- Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are properly equipped to perform their duties

- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments, taking into account client preferences and availability

- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company standards

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed

- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles and equipment

- Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or incidents to management

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and clients

- Assist with cleaning duties as needed, including carpet cleaning, stain removal, and spot treatment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years experience in carpet cleaning or related field

- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
