Your entrepreneurial drive and natural leadership ability, coupled with a college or university degree, make you and EMCO the perfect fit. Through our extensive hands-on rotation program, you will work hard, develop, grow, and be on your way to managing one of our showrooms in approximately 3½ years.

Program Structure and Relocation
Your success is our number one priority. At EMCO, we provide you with the tools you need to ensure you succeed, along with an incredible network of support for your newfound abilities and responsibilities. Our program is structured into 4 phases -
Warehouse & Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Account Management, and Showroom Supervisor
, where our Management Trainees become familiar with the many products, services, procedures, and people that make our company successful.

Along the way, Management Trainees relocate at least twice within Ontario, to give them exposure to different management styles and to grow their network of contacts and resources. Upon completion of the program, Management Trainees are placed in an area that best suits the needs of the trainee and the Company at the time of placement.

Additional Information

Salary Range - $52,500 + Profit sharing
