Nestled in the heart of this world-renowned resort destination, our National Brand is dedicated to delivering exceptional wellness experiences through high-quality treatments and personalized care. We are seeking talented and passionate Estheticians to join our team and help create a rejuvenating sanctuary for our guests.

As an Esthetician, you will provide a range of professional skin care and beauty treatments, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of service. Your expertise in esthetics will contribute to establishing our spa as a premier wellness destination in Whistler.

Responsibilities

 Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and skin consultations.

 Assess guests' skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products for optimal results.

 Maintain a clean, hygienic, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

 Build strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience and encourage loyalty.

 Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest journey.

 Stay informed about the latest skin care trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services.

 Assist with inventory management and upkeep of esthetic equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

 Valid certification in esthetics from an accredited institution.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience as an esthetician (new graduates with exceptional training may be considered).

 Proficiency in a range of esthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, waxing and using state of the art machines ( eg: Oxygeneo )

 Strong knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and their applications.

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of Whistler's peak seasons.

 Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

 Familiarity with Whistler's tourism and wellness industry is an asset.
