Compensation:

  • Junior Massage Therapist : $33 - $65/hour (depending on experience) + generous gratuities & bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver relaxing, effective, and professional treatments aligned with our service menu and training standards
  • Communicate clearly with guests to understand their needs and tailor treatments appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment space
  • Provide post-treatment care suggestions to enhance guest wellness and recovery
  • Participate in team training and continuous learning to refine techniques and grow your confidence
  • Uphold spa standards for service excellence, hygiene, and guest care

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduates or students of an accredited massage, esthetics, or bodywork program (minimum 500+ hours or equivalent training)
  • Internationally trained practitioners such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, kinesiologists seeking Canadian spa massage experience
  • Passionate about hands-on wellness and helping others feel their best
  • Open to training and professional development in a spa environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to learn
