We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for a growing organization. This role will focus on managing core accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support internal controls and assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting for decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
  • 3–7 years of accounting experience, including exposure to financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control principles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; ERP experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
