Shipper & Receiver

No. 1 Collision Group is excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the Shipper / Receiver position.

Salary Range: $40,000/yr - $50,000/yr

Location: No.1 Collision Richmond

With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with employees and technicians.
• Assist all employees promptly and professionally.
• Communication must be clear and concise.
• Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts, and recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintaining special order bins.
• Assist in Physical Parts Inventory annually.
• Deliver parts to technicians or part recipient; pull orders for counter persons when necessary.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; all materials stored below the counter area or on shelves.
• Immediately notify the parts manager of damaged parts or shortages.
• maintain a clean parts department
• Other duties as assigned

• Automotive background an asset
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Working knowledge of computers
