Job Description

This is NOT a typical assistant or admin role.

You will be the right hand of an entrepreneur working in real estate and business operations.

This role requires ownership, responsibility, and independent thinking.

If you are looking for a routine, low-responsibility administrative job, this role is not for you.

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative, not someone who waits to be told what to do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing emails, messages, and follow-ups
  • Organizing calendar, meetings, reminders, and priorities
  • Handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating documents, information, and basic research
  • Acting as a bridge between Turkish-speaking and English-speaking communication
  • Proactively following up on tasks without reminders
  • Keeping systems, information, and workflows organized so the business runs smoothly
  • Occasionally assisting with simple outside tasks when needed (e.g. picking up / placing lockboxes or similar business-related errands)

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Fluent Turkish & English (spoken and written) – mandatory

Full-time availability

Able to work independently and take ownership

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Located within reasonable commuting distance (max ~30 minutes)
