Capital Markets Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our client, a global discretionary portfolio management firm, is looking for qualified candidates for full-time external sales roles.

Responsibilities:

As VP of Retail Wealth for Canada, your main responsibility is to attract new clients by promoting the firm's discretionary portfolio management services. The firm has achieved remarkable growth in Canada, its best-performing international growth region outside of the US.

Ideal Candidate for this role:

You are an experienced Investment Advisor with demonstrated success who wants to concentrate solely on sales. You are driven by high performance, with a strong, consistent work ethic and a motivation to succeed.

Requirements:

  • IIROC Licensed – CIM or CFA Level 1 preferred, MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years in a direct HNW & UNHW client-facing role.
  • Extensive experience with ALL retail investment asset classes.
  • High-performing closer mindset.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: 100k + commission and bonuses
  • Sales potential: k (uncapped)
  • Benefits: Medical and Dental
