Job Overview:

As a Crew Member at Teriyaki Experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to our brand standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure customers enjoy a fast, friendly, and flavorful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and cook food following Teriyaki Experience's recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food is presented properly and meets safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing restaurant supplies.
  • Work as a team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
