Location: Prince George, BC

Employment Type: Term – Ending July 2027, Full-Time (35 hours per week)

The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director of Quality and Innovation, the Program Assistant will maintain, adapt and improve a system of administrative support for the efficient and professional functioning of the Quality and Innovation department.

  • Assisting in the planning and organizing of data collection activities with the evaluation, accreditation and research programs, including administering surveys and other tools
  • Effectively provide administrative functions and support to a large program
  • Assisting with designing and formatting of reports and presentation for multiple audiences
  • Use computer software to prepare reports, memos, statistical tables, and documents

What You Will Bring to The Role:

  • Completion of a certificate in office or business administration
  • Two years of experience in an administrative office setting or related field
  • Experience in assisting research projects or knowledge in research processes preferred

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
