How will you contribute to our success?

  • Participate in the annual compensation cycle including annual salary review process, bonus and total compensation statements;
  • Manage job evaluation system and process; Setting salary guidance for new hires, promotions or internal moves ensuring internal pay equity across roles;
  • Manage the Pay Equity program;
  • Partner with Finance to drive the annual budget process as well as any forecast updates;
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys;
  • Oversee and administrate health, retirement and group benefit programs; Conduct research on compensation practices and policies;
  • Manage wellness initiatives;
  • Partner with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits various payments; Provide ad-hoc compensation analytics.

The Skills You Will Bring To Our Team

  • Deep knowledge of the following area: compensation, pension, benefits and federal Pay Equity legislation, US and Australia compensation and benefits;
  • High level of autonomy and details oriented;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data tools;
  • Ability to collaborate closely with other parts of the organization whether at corporate level, within business units or with organizations external to the Company;
  • Effective communicator and with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organization/prioritization skills under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Bilingual (English and French)

Knowledge of English is neces sary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
