Our team works with clients across Canada, offering network solutions, technical assistance, and personalized service. We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our office team and support daily operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Provide basic information about company services and direct clients to the right department
  • Maintain appointment schedules and assist with meeting room coordination
  • Prepare and organize documents, forms, and customer files
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, appointment systems)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset, but not required
