The Product Manager is expected to operate deeply at the system level, working directly with OEMs, integrators, manufacturing partners, and internal engineering and operations teams. - Define system architectures including voltage class (12 V through 96 V), power capability, thermal strategy, enclosure design, and integration method.
- Establish clear product requirements grounded in real application environments, duty cycles, and regulatory constraints.
Product Strategy and Roadmap

- Build and defend business cases based on cost structure, margin contribution, and addressable market.
- Make final recommendations on product scope, feature tradeoffs, and launch readiness within governance processes.
Commercialization and OEM Engagement
- Engage directly with OEMs, fleet operators, rental companies, and integrators to define requirements and validate product fit.
- Support solution definition, escalation resolution, and launch execution for key accounts.

Pricing, Cost, and Margin Ownership
- Own product pricing strategy, price books, and channel pricing governance.
- Maintain accountability for product margin contribution and commercial performance.
- Translate BOM cost, supplier changes, and manufacturing inputs into pricing and lifecycle decisions.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to drive cost roadmaps and margin improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Serve as the primary product interface across engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure products are manufacturable, supportable, and commercially viable.
- Identify execution risks early and enforce accountability to resolution.
Voice of Customer
- Lead structured VOC engagement with OEMs and fleet customers.
- Convert customer feedback into actionable hardware requirements and portfolio opportunities.
- Balance customer inputs with platform strategy and lifecycle economics.

- Experience working directly with OEM customers, integrators, or fleet operators.
Preferred Experience:

- Multi-SKU, multi-voltage product portfolios
- Hardware commercialization in regulated or safety-critical environments
