Product Line Manager
to lead and grow our portfolio of specialty oilfield chemical solutions. This role will oversee product lines including:
H₂S Scavengers, Drag Reduction Agents (DRA), Hydrate Inhibitors, Scale Inhibitors, and Chelants.
As a key member of our team, you will drive product strategy, support field operations, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and technical services to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Own the lifecycle of assigned product lines from development to commercialization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field applications.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical data sheets and application guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and value.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide product improvements.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and clients.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years in oilfield chemical applications or product management preferred.
- Strong background in H₂S scavenging and DRA chemistries.
Skillset:
- Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with upstream oil & gas operations is a plus.
