, a division of CES Energy Solutions, is a leading provider of production, process, and specialty chemistry solutions across Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
Product Line Manager
to lead and grow our portfolio of specialty oilfield chemical solutions. This role will oversee product lines including:
H₂S Scavengers, Drag Reduction Agents (DRA), Hydrate Inhibitors, Scale Inhibitors, and Chelants.
As a key member of our team, you will drive product strategy, support field operations, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and technical services to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Own the lifecycle of assigned product lines from development to commercialization.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field applications.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical data sheets and application guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and value.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide product improvements.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and clients.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years in oilfield chemical applications or product management preferred.
  • Strong background in H₂S scavenging and DRA chemistries.

Skillset:

  • Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with upstream oil & gas operations is a plus.
