Position Overview

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and passionate about floral design. You will be responsible for creating high-quality arrangements, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient studio operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and custom orders
• Prepare and process flowers (cutting, hydrating, conditioning, organizing inventory)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio environment
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and provide excellent service
• Handle phone and online orders, including POS transactions
• Assist with weddings, events, and corporate floral subscriptions
• Ensure all arrangements meet Enterprise Flower Studio's quality standards
• Manage flower rotation and ensure freshness
• Unpack floral shipments and restock supplies
• Support daily operations such as cleaning buckets, sweeping, and organizing back room

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a florist or floral designer (preferred but not required — we can train the right person)
• Strong creativity and eye for design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Weekday and weekend availability required
• Some flexibility needed for events and holiday rush periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.)
