PURE Motivation Fitness is Vaughan's premier boutique fitness studio, specializing in BODY-TYPE Specific Personal Training and Nutrition. Our studio is designed to help busy professionals and parents aged 30+ burn fat, build muscle, and balance fitness and nutrition without sacrificing family time or lifestyle. Established in 2006, our 7500-square-foot facility features upscale amenities and a client base within an affluent community. ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the first and last impression of PMF, your role will be integral to maintaining our high service standards:
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism in a boutique, concierge-style manner
- Start from 1 pm to 9:00 am (Mon-Thurs) & 9am to 6pm Fridays
- Must be able to work 1 weekend shift per month from 9 am to 2pm
- Manage a multi-line phone system with articulate, polished communication
- Handle daily studio cleanliness & sanitization, ensuring our space reflects luxury and precision
- Manage appointment confirmations, payment processing, client invoicing, contract data entry, and daily inventory checks
- Post daily social media content (provided by ownership) and monitor inquiries
- Maintain reception, studio, change rooms, towel service, and front retail space appearance
- Conduct studio tours and support pro shop retail transactions with enthusiasm
- Perform daily admin duties including follow-ups, system data entry, member support, and stock replenishment
Qualifications – Our Non-Negotiables
- You MUST be well-groomed, detail-oriented, and love engaging with people
- 1-2+ years in receptionist, concierge, or client-service-based roles
(fitness/hospitality is ideal) - Enjoys fitness & is motivated to train at our studio 2–3x per week
- Professional phone etiquette & fluency in English communication
- Administrative experience with tools like Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Google Doc
- Can multitask and adapt in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Reliable access to a vehicle and the ability to work flexible hours (AM/PM/weekend
- Understands how to
serve an affluent clientele with discretion and care
Compensation & Perks
- $17.60/hr during job training
hours, then increasing to
$18.00–$18.50/hr - PMF Loyalty Bonus
after 12 months of service - $100 Health Benefits
