Job Description Blue Dog 3PL & Warehousing Inc. is urgently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our Caledon distribution center. If you're certified, safety-focused, and ready to start right away, we want you on the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Raymond Reach, Crown Reach, and Electric Counterbalance forklifts
  • Load/unload trailers, pick orders, put-away stock, and replenish locations
  • Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Work at heights using fall arrest equipment when required
  • Follow all Ontario health & safety protocols

Requirements

  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience on Raymond Reach, Crown Reach, and Electric Counterbalance
  • Experience working with fall arrest equipment (mandatory)
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • Clean criminal background check required
