Responsibilities
- Coding and processing all departmental invoices and expense reports
- Point of contact for any accounts payable issues
- Reconciling and coding corporate credit card statements
- Coding and processing timesheets for bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner
- Maintenance of IBMS cost codes
- Coding of APSS invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a computerized Accounts Payable function
- Experience with IBMS, Ivalua and APSS considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is required
- Team player who is well organized, proactive and is willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
- Builds internal and external relationships effectively
- Proficient with MS Office programs including Excel and Word
- Ability to deal with a fast paced, hectic and dynamic environment
- Ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working on tight deadlines
- Ability to organize, evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
