Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and customer service duties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining effective communication, and providing exceptional support to clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable to serve our diverse client base effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with sales activities, including upselling products or services when appropriate
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members through clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform analysis of data or reports to support decision-making processes
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to perform analysis of data and generate reports as needed
  • Experience or familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued for supporting diverse clientele
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
