Overview

High-Definition Concrete Services. is looking for a reliable and motivated Carpenter Apprentice to assist our on-site carpenter with day-to-day tasks on multiple projects. This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in formwork, framing, and general construction practices. Projects vary weekly — some lasting several days, others several weeks — providing a range of work environments and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the on-site carpenter with basic formwork and layout preparation

· Work under the guidance of a journeyman carpenter who will provide daily coaching and skill development

· Perform simple measures and cut under supervision

· Carry, move, and organize materials and tools on-site

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Support the carpenter in setup and teardown of work areas

· Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites

· Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing schedules

· Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors in varying conditions

· Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

· Own tools not required — all major tools and equipment provided

What We Offer:

· Competitive wage: $24–$28 per hour (depending on experience)

· Long-term, on-payroll position (no subcontracting)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
