About the Data Strategy & Innovation Department

Our team leads the transformation of real estate operations through data modernization, workflow automation, and ERP system integration. We partner with departments across the company, including Asset Management, Operations, Accounting, and Leasing to design intelligence tools and create real business value through data and process optimizations.

I
nternship Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineering Intern to join the Data Strategy & Innovation team and support the development of our data platform during a period of rapid transformation. You'll help design, automate, and maintain critical analytics pipelines that inform decisions across the company.

This internship is ideal for a technically strong student who wants hands-on experience with modern data engineering, real-world data governance, and production-grade operational workflows.

Key Contributions

  • Build and maintain Power BI/Looker Studio dashboards leveraging our new data models
  • Build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Python, SQL, APIs)
  • Support the ERP migration and ensure CRM data is integrated and accurate
  • Automate reporting across Collections, Leasing, and Operations
  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, testing automation)
  • Support data governance (data quality checks, documentation, standardization)
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives, including reporting and interactive tools
  • Support cross-departmental ad-hoc analysis with actionable insights

Profile Sought

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other quantitative field
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Python, SQL, Data visualization, OOP
  • Familiar with Git and basic CI/CD concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in real estate
  • Comfortable working with financial and operational logic (e.g., collections, leases, occupancy, budget performance)
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environments
