As a Construction/Carpenter, you'll be a key member of our rebuild team, bringing precision, care, and leadership to every job. You'll work on a variety of interior and exterior projects—from drywall and trim to decks and siding—making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. What You'll Do
  • Perform finishing work including drywall, painting, trim, and cabinet repairs.
  • Apply stipple and texturing as part of finishing work.
  • Replace kickboards, gables, and other structural elements.
  • Install doors, windows, and other fixtures.
  • Complete exterior repairs including siding, roofing, stucco, soffits, fascia, decks, and fences.
  • Lead small teams or work independently to complete rebuild projects.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency remediation work.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong finishing and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute jobs with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.
  • Client-focused attitude and professional communication.
  • Willingness to participate in the business's on-call rotation—emergencies can happen any time of day, any day of the week.

Assets That Will Set You Apart
  • Remediation certifications in water, fire, or mould.
  • General construction or restoration experience.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools.
  • Valid First Aid certification.
