As a General Labourer, you'll be part of a hands-on team that stabilizes properties, clears debris, and supports restoration efforts with care and professionalism. What You'll Do
  • Stabilize damaged properties in emergency situations.
  • Perform demolition and cleanup of affected building materials.
  • Pack, move, and inventory contents with care and accuracy.
  • Clean residential and commercial spaces impacted by fire, water, or other disasters.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We're Looking For
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel out of town for job assignments.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be clean-shaven to properly wear a respirator when required.
  • Ability to participate in the business's on-call rotation as emergencies can happen any time of day, any day of the week.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.

Assets That Will Set You Apart
  • Knowledge of construction and demolition practices.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools.
  • Experience in property restoration or general construction.
  • Valid First Aid certification.
