We are seeking a Bank Recovery Clerk to join our client's successful team at their North York location. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast -paced and growing environment. Our client is an established, full -service law firm with over 50 lawyers. The firm has a broad -based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law. ​The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario;Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bank recovery, with proven proficiency in drafting and filing pleadings, default judgments, writs, garnishments and motion records;Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically;Strong analytical, organizational, and time -management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast -paced environment;Self -starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Our client is conveniently located in North York and provide all the advantages and amenities of a downtown firm in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
