Job Duties

  • Deliver manicure and pedicure services to adult clients with a focus on quality and professionalism
  • Perform additional relaxation services, including facials and body treatments, as available (preferred but not required)
  • Retrieve and transport spa party kits to and from event locations using a personal vehicle
  • Assemble, maintain, and dismantle spa stations for events and parties
  • Ensure all equipment and kits are cleaned, organized, and ready for future use

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Esthetician or Nail Technician diploma (or equivalent experience) required for adult spa events.
  • Vehicle ownership is an asset (travel reimbursement provided).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability: Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays (flexible—casual or part-time applicants welcome).
  • Ideal for students or individuals with another job, as long as availability is clearly communicated during the interview.

Compensation

  • Commission-based pay: 40%–60% of each completed service
  • (e.g., CA $100 massage = CA $40–$60 commission)
  • Guaranteed tips: 18% gratuity automatically added to all services
  • Average total earnings: CA $45–$85 per booked service hour
  • Additional pay: Mileage reimbursement for transporting spa supplies

Warehouse location: near the Blackfoot Hotel, Calgary

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
