Operations Assistant (Part-Time) – J&F Gift Inc.

Location: St NW, Edmonton, AB

Schedule: 20-25 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 1030am-430pm

Wage: $16.50/hour + CPP and EI

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our production team. This role involves hands-on work in gift assembly, goods transportation, product personalization, and packaging in a clean and supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lift and move boxes weighing up to 15–20 kg
  • Timely and safe transportation of goods using company van
  • Assemble and package gift boxes
  • Manage inventory and maintain work area cleanliness
  • Work with equipment and complete other gift-making tasks as needed

What You Need

  • Eligible to work in Canada (Open Work Permit, PR, or Citizen)
  • Physically fit to handle lifting requirements (15–20 kg)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to drive company vehicle, Ford Transit van
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Strong attention to detail and careful handling of products
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
  • Maintain high personal hygiene standards when handling products
  • Non-smoker preferred due to nature of product handling

Work Details
