We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Automotive Service & Logistics Specialist to join our team. This person will be at the heart of our service operations — keeping everything running smoothly between customers, our in-house team, and external repair partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations between the mechanics and detailing department
  • Manage and schedule service appointments and customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
  • Order, track, and manage parts inventory to support repair and reconditioning work
  • Assign and prioritize repair jobs to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times
  • Liaise with external vendors and shops for outsourced repairs and inspections
  • Ensure clear communication between service staff, sales team, and management
  • Maintain accurate service records and repair timelines
  • Monitor job completion to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive service coordination, service advising, or a similar logistics role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of vehicle repairs, parts, and service scheduling best practices
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with service management software or CRM systems
