The Role
We are seeking a Brand Awareness Coordinator who will scale our organic visibility through publication coverage, UGC content, and social media coordination. The role involves researching, pitching, securing coverage and maintaining relationships across earned media channels, while also supporting social content distribution and affiliate growth.
This is a KPI-driven role with a defined roadmap and clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Publisher & Media Outreach
Secure article placements including product reviews, best of guides, and consumer comparison websites articles
Prepare media kits and PR collateral
YouTube & Influencer Outreach
Build a pipeline of consistent high quality UGC product videos based on monthly performance goal
Social Media Growth
Grow TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest & YouTube audiences
Execute content strategy using our social media calendar
Affiliate Program Expansion
Generate revenue from affiliates to contribute to our overall sales goal
- Recruit, onboard and communicate with affiliate partners and creators
Location:
- Must live within 30 minutes of 590 York Rd., Niagara-on-the-Lake
Education:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or Journalism
Experience:
- Min. 2 years max 5 years' experience in office setting doing social media marketing
Required Skills :
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional outreach and relationship management
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Strong experience with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Affinity for content creation
Preferred Skills
- Affiliate marketing
- Social media content creation
- Cold outreach (email and DM)
- Influencer or PR coordination experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
