Job Overview

We are a well-established B2B company specializing in food-service and retail packaging solutions. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales professional who can actively develop new business, manage key accounts, and consistently close deals. This role is ideal for a proven closer who thrives on performance-based rewards and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new B2B sales opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on repeat business
  • Present packaging solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Track pipeline activity and sales performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven closing record
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable for performance
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
