Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Family Physician at Old Scona Medical Centre. The Family Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans. The Family Physician will also be responsible for managing chronic conditions and providing patient education. This is an on-site role located in Edmonton, AB.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree and valid licensure to practice as a Family Physician in Alberta -Current CPSA eligibility letter
  • Experience in providing primary care and managing chronic conditions
  • Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and patient education skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
