Job Summary

Guzo Logistix is hiring Multiple Cargo Van Owners as Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for daily parcel delivery routes in Markham and surrounding areas.

This role is for van owners only — you must have your own cargo van to qualify. Drivers will complete daily delivery routes and must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation (Flat Rate)

Pay is a flat daily rate, based on route size:

  • $265-$285/day
  • Payment issued via invoice
  • GST number required

What You'll Do

  • Complete 100–115 deliveries per day
  • Start at 7:00 AM and finish when the route is completed
  • Use the company's delivery app for routing
  • Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time
  • Work independently with strong time management

Requirements

  • Must own a cargo van (required — no rentals, no SUVs/minivans)
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • GST number
  • Smartphone with mobile data
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
