Job Summary

We are a small family-owned and operated laundromat seeking a reliable driver for our pickup and delivery service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety and communication. Perfect for a student, retiree, or part-time employee wanting to make some extra income

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate vehicle to deliver products to customers
  • Load and unload bags up to 45lbs
  • Ensure accurate delivery according to schedules and delivery instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery area
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation
  • Document delivery accurately and promptly

Qualifications

  • A standard driver's license is required with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
  • Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is advantageous
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
