Job Summary

Are you a people-person with high attention to detail, who enjoys doing laundry? We are a small family-owned and operated laundromat seeking a new attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking and completing Wash&Fold orders, keeping retail items stocked, tidying the workspace, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail and people skills. Perfect for a student, retiree, or part-time employee wanting to make some extra income with steady part-time hours.

As-needed Driver Pickup&Delivery role is also available, and may be taken on by attendant for additional compensation. Pick up a few loads of laundry on your way into work, and drop them off when you're done See our other listing for details.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee machines in service
  • Load and unload bags up to 45lbs
  • Ensure accurate services per order instructions, and document services
  • Maintain clean and safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • Assist customers with a helpful attitude

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to perform medium-heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
  • Prior experience in customer service or laundry/dryclean preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
